How big are you?
We have started small, its only me that you deal with, because it allows us to give our clients the best value for money, and since you deal directly with the founder you get highly personalized service, and a great deal of flexibility. We collaborate with or identify partnerships that best suit your actual needs, so you always get the best suited services to serve your needs.
Where are you based?
We are based out of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. We have been in operation since October 2009.
What experience do you have?
I have experience in implementing management and leadership best practices in professional service companies where I have held leadership positions for the last 7 years. This includes business strategy, defining and implementing mission and values, tweaking performance, and implementing new systems that boost the bottom line.
Who are your current clients?
My most recent client was an engineering business that wanted to satisfy its customers by creating a culture of innovation and responsiveness in its staff. After my work with them the staff learnt to improve significantly in making innovation possible on a daily basis and in dealing with their customers, as a result customers are reporting far greater levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.
What kinds of things can you do for us?
I can help you identify what areas of your business offer the most ripe opportunities for improvement, and then work with you to decide and implement the areas that you most agree need to be improved. I will show you what steps to take, put together a workable plan of action and work with you all the way to ensure that the desired results are achieved.
How much and how do you charge?
Our initial consultations are always free. However, after the initial consultation we prepare a basic definition of the possible opportunities for positive change.
Charges for services beyond that point are so widely varying that we have to agree to a specific scope and normally a lump sum negotiated fee ends up being the way to move forward. However, in some rare cases or for additions/subtractions and contingencies an hourly rate is also agreed. None of the charges are applied without the client being fully aware.
How will you do your work?
Of course after the initial consultation, we decide what areas offer the best priorities for the focus of our work. At that point we will identify the process and logistics that are most suited to the best interests of your organization and are most practical. We then will normally do a trial run of the process, and course correct as needed. The nature of the work is of course highly creative and therefore a fixed process is never workable. Every job is unique and therefore the ways and means to get it done will be unique.
